In case the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond control, than the costs of those affected may be covered by an insurance of Royal Polo at the Palace, with a maximum limit as applicable by the insurance company.

Royal Polo at the Palace is insured against third party damage. There will be no liability to compensate for any disadvantage or damage as far this is not covered by the insurance.
